Brainstrong Mountain Meditation with Robyn Bull (10 mins)
NBIS volunteer Robyn Bull has recorded a fantastic 10 min Brainstrong Mountain Meditation for NBIS clients and caregivers. Robyn has completed specialty yoga training with Love Your Brain Yoga and runs Brain Strong Yoga sessions through Nanaimo Parks and Rec. Thank you Robyn Bull! Practicing mindfulness and other forms of meditation was one of the suggestions from our "Coping with Stress During Difficult Times Workshop" with Dr. Nancy Reeves.
