Social Program

NBIS runs an informal drop-in social program where clients are able to do a variety of different activities and make meaningful social connections.  

The Social Program is offered every Thursday morning from 10am -12pm for free to our clients. We run a different activity every week, sometimes with additional facilitators, allowing participants to have a space to connect, create and have fun with peers.

Example activities include:

  • Arts, Crafts & Painting
  • Nature Walks & Gardening
  • Yoga, Tai Qi, & Meditation
  • Bowling
  • Music Bingo
