PLEASE JOIN US FOR A FREE WORKSHOP: “BREATHING FOR BRAIN HEALTH” with Tyler Huston

Learn specific breathing techniques and exercises to retrain and restore functional breathing patterns that alleviate symptoms associated with brain injury and help improve cognitive function and overall health. Breathing disorders are unfortunately all too common in today’s society and often associated with brain injuries and other conditions that may impair our physical and mental health.

Breath Control Therapy (BCT) can help:
Calm anxiety
Manage pain
Regulate emotions
Improve sleep quality
Assist focus and concentration
Balance the nervous system
Boost energy levels
Speed up injury recovery time
Support concussions and other brain injuries
How we breathe is how we feel. How we breathe is how we live.

Everyone is Welcome!
