Chair Yoga
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until October 9, 2024
We are very excited to announce 3 sessions of Chair Yoga at NBIS is Fall!! Former NBIS Programs Manager Lynne Henshaw will be facilitating the group starting Wednesday, September 18th at 10:00am.
Chair yoga is a great way to connect with your body, practice balance, flexibility and strengthen muscles. These sessions are beginner friendly and adaptable for different skill levels. Each session will be a little different, so go ahead and sign up for all three!
