Kix brings over 25 years of experience working with non-profit organizations in Canada and overseas. She is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and inclusive leadership, and brings strong experience in team building, fund development, and communication to her role at NBIS. With a background in public health and administration, Kix brings a systems-focused and community-centred approach to her work. Outside of the office, you’ll likely find her in the garden, out hiking, or on the water dragon boating.
