WE WELCOME CAREGIVERS TO JOIN US THIS WINTER FOR:
Jan’s Caregiver Support Group
The program, conducted in biweekly 90-minute sessions will address the needs of caregivers by bringing them together in a relaxed setting to discuss common issues, share ideas and find possible solutions to reduce the stress of caregiving.
This program is designed to be flexible, allowing you to participate as you see fit.
- 90-minute sessions (In-Person &Â Virtual Options)
- Wednesday nights every 2nd week
