Originally from the mainland, Nicole brings over 10 years of experience working within non-profit organizations, health authorities, and educational institutions. With degrees in Rehabilitation Counselling and Adult Education and Community Engagement, she is passionate about education, community inclusion, and fostering meaningful connections. Her background in psychosocial rehabilitation, employment counselling, and program coordination has equipped her with a diverse skill set that supports her work in developing engaging and inclusive programs. When she's not at work, Nicole can often be found by the ocean with her binoculars, watching for whales, seabirds, and other wildlife.
